I am a respected business lawyer of Aboriginal heritage (Métis and Mi’kmaw – Arguimeau Family) providing legal services to Aboriginal governments and businesses, as well as high net worth Aboriginal entrepreneurs. My Aboriginal clients are involved in a wide array of industries including e-commerce, transportation and logistics, real estate development, manufacturing, professional services, and financial services. I take great personal pride in helping my Aboriginal clients achieve their business and other wealth creation goals, which, in my view, are key to ensuring Aboriginal culture and identity continues to thrive well into the next century and beyond.

Like my Aboriginal clients, I share a deep concern for the natural environment in which we live, and am committed to providing legal advice to Aboriginal governments and businesses that supports sustainability and environmental stewardship, reducing environmental impacts of business projects, and promoting environmentally sound practices arising from economic development on band, treaty, settlement, traditional territory, or privately owned Aboriginal lands held by way of certificate of possession or other legal designation.
